By Virtue of Kindness

Today I went for Karaoke with my colleagues.
We had fun as we sang.

Best part of the day I had was when I was on my way home.
Instead of takin the usual route home from YCK MRT.
I took the longer route and thus met this visually impaired person looking lost and flustered.
As I hesistated to go forward and talk to him (because I was actually going to take photos of some night scenery)
But Im glad I eventually did.

As I guessed, he was lost.
I ask him where he was headed and how I can help him.
He said he was looking for bus 268.
which is not in the direction he was headed to.
I told him that I would help him find the bus and then again asked which stop he gets off at.
After he told me I realised that we were headed for the same direction.
I told him that I was walking home and asked if he would like to walk instead.

Thus began my journey to send him home.
And we exchanged names and talked about a few things to make him feel comfortable.
It took me about 10 mins to get him to his block where a bunch of nice uncles and aunties took him to his unit.
There wasn't any thank you or good byes and I didn't take any photos.
But I feel satisfied having helped a complete stranger who was in need.

I am a superhero.
I RULE.

As yet unnamed inspiration

Medical causes as yet unknown.
Magical cases as yet unsolved.
Muted colours on the wall.
Mastering the art of communication.

Oh where did you come from you social butterfly.
Why are you here now in this place and time.
How did you get here to here and now.
Inner circle cliques can only get you so far.

J is a bad word.
J is trouble.
Im addicted to all things J.
Its a terrible condition to be afflicted with.

Long time no post

Since the last time I was here...

I travelled.
I made new friends.
I lost a few.
I felt renewed.
I committed.

I'm friendlier than ever at work.
Thus making new friends along the way.
I won't deny that there are a few who have messed up my senses.
But I sall not indulge in such fantasies.

I shall be focused.
I must be strong.

I travelled to Taiwan in May.
Enjoyed myself much and will go back again to visit more places.
I wish to travel and travel and travel.
Thats all I wanna do.
I want to take nice photos and keep them away under lock and key.

I got a Nikon D5000 as a gift for the whole year.
I shall take nice photos.

I committed.
I registered for a flat with the girlfriend.
Which means that I would have to be married before the flat arrives.
Which brings me to my next point.

I feel renewed by the fact that there are attractive people in my social circle.
I feel tempted.
Which makes me feel like a total bastard.

Tmr's friday.
Karaoke.
Hope it makes everything better.
